1. Service Description

ViewSync Pro is a free tool that allows you to synchronize multiple YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts in your browser or mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

2. No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Attempt to overload, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service excessively
• Violate YouTube’s Terms of Service or any applicable copyright laws

4. YouTube Content

All embedded content remains subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and copyright policies. We only use YouTube’s official embed player for publicly available videos.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewSync Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
