What is ViewSync Pro?
ViewSync Pro is a next-generation web utility designed to solve a simple yet frustrating issue: watching and synchronizing multiple YouTube videos simultaneously. Traditionally, trying to open multiple browser tabs and align playback times manually resulted in desynchronization, buffering, and volume overlaps. ViewSync Pro introduces a unified workspace that embeds multiple YouTube frames in a single grid, synchronizing all commands through a global control dock.
How Does Synchronized Playback Work?
ViewSync Pro leverages the official YouTube IFrame Player API. When you paste a URL, our engine extracts the 11-character video ID and initiates a player instance. Each instance can be configured with an individual start time offset (in seconds). When you initiate playback via the master controllers, ViewSync Pro schedules the seek commands and ensures all loaded players start, pause, and rewind in unison.

Currently, ViewSync Pro operates exclusively with YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts. Because we utilize YouTube's Javascript API to guarantee microsecond-level seek and play control, we require the video feeds to be hosted on YouTube's servers. Support for additional video streaming networks is currently in development.
